If you have a dental insurance plan, we will be glad to complete and submit your claim forms. However, we do expect you to make your payment in full at the time of treatment.
Your insurance company will then provide benefits according to the provisions of your particular policy.
We request payment at the time of treatment. If you wish, you may use cash, check, Visa, or Master Card. Care Credit patient financing is also available to those that qualify.
